Super cute dress. Decorative bow at neckline. Button down. Short sleeves.
34" bust, 32" waist, 34" hips, 15" shoulders, 36" total length - model is 5'1" XS.
No material content tag. My guess is polyester, has slight give.
Very nice condition- well cared for, no flaws.
