This is a beautiful Culotte Dress from the 60's by Byers California. High quality and construction. Medium weigh cotton. Pristine condition! Navy blue stripes with polka dots within the stripes. Dropped waist style with two brass rings at the hips. Pleated below the drop with shorts underneath. Zips up the back. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
