It's super MOD, Baby, from the mid to late 60s and quite the spring/summer confection. Really short! It's very possible it was a tunic top from a 2 piece outfit with bell bottoms. Homemade (no labels). It looks like a wrap dress but it's a pull on with back nylon zipper. Surplice bodice on high waist with military / band stand up collar. There's a a loop in front and two belt loops on sides. The amazing touch is the groovy pastel embroidered floral. Fabric is linen, fully lined. CONDITION: flawless
