Gorgeous late fifties, early 60s fitted full skirt by Joel Sportswear.
The fabric is cotton that has a slight sheen to it. Fun rose print. The skirt also has an attached tulle mesh slip. I have it shown with an extra crinoline, not included.
Working metal zipper on the back along with one button. The condition is near mint. Not dry cleaned.
The skirt is loaded with fabric it has a 196" sweep all the way around! Measures like a size small through medium. No pull to the fabric.
