This is such a wicked little late 60s mini dress. The dress is made of an inky black velvet with a crew neckline and is slightly fitted falling to the mid-thigh. The best part of this chic little black dress are the killer bell sleeves that are super full and are trimmed in white crinkle chiffon with ruffled lace. It gives me groovy Wednesday Addams vibes, it just needs a little collar. The dress is fully lined in black rayon acetate and has a metal zip up the back.
