Silvia Sappia Baldi, professionally know by the name Silvia Fiorentina, started the Fiorentina line in 1957. Fiorentina has remained true to her personal aesthetic rather than conforming to trends. This is a very classic pair of black mary jane style pumps with an ankle strap that has cutouts toward the back of the heel, and a square toe with a curved high vamp. Decorative buckle on the outer side of each ankle. Straps are in nice shape and not cracking. Made in Italy, circa the late 60s or early 70s. I have lint rolled the suede and gently disinfected and conditioned the interior leather of the insole. These come to you cleaned and ready to wear. Heel around 2.5" high.
