This beautiful Vested Gentress dress is from the 60's. Hand screened two tone blue seagulls make up the pattern. A-line silhouette with inverted side pleats topped with a bow. Matching fabric rope belt. Zips up the back. Excellent condition. The label states hand wash, however, I washed in the washer with no issues. Labeled a size 8, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
