60s Crushed Black Velvet Skirt with Two Deep Pockets and Two Attached Sashes Zipper and Button Closure

I stopped wearing skirts and dresses years ago, so no reason to hold on to this great velvet skirt, when there is someone out there who will love it. Perfect for dancing the night away! The best features are the two side sashes that can be worn in front or back, or left hanging at the sides...AND the Amazing DEEP pockets, one on each side. Each attached sash is 24" long and 1. 75" wide. There is a nylon zipper that goes down the center back, and 2 buttons that match in size and shape and material, but not color! One is green and one is red. Is that intentional? I have no idea. I honestly don't know if this skirt was intended to be "crushed" or not. Some areas are more crushed looking than others. Not lined, and there is a 1 inch hem. Go by measurements. I apologize for the photographs...this was extremely difficult to photograph!
measurements:
waist: 29"
sash length 24"
length: 31'
width at bottom of skirt: 37" lying flat, or 74" around
