A one of a kind masterpiece!!! Scoop neck, short sleeves, darted bust and two vertical darts in the back. Six decorative clear faceted plastic buttons down the front. Metal back zipper and hook and eye closure. Red belt loops. Lightly gathered A line skirt with two velvet stripes on the bottom. Knee length
