This is cool. The skirt is made out of a woven yarn material and has fringe at the bottom.
it’s probably a wool or acrylic mix type of yarn. It reminds me of an early attempt at BoHo style, which would be very popular in the late 1960s. Has a nylon zipper on the side. Skirt is fully lined too. Excellent vintage condition overall, but there is some pilling which would be typical for a material like this.
