Fantastic vintage 60s black dress. Black wool with white windowpane plaid. Deep-v collared neckline with satin feeling necktie underneath (it may be acetate). Long sleeves. Metal zipper up the back. The neckline is lined, but the rest of the dress is not.

A few issues to note: There is small bit of white wool missing on some of the stripes on the front. There's a close up one of the missing spots, but you can see the others in the photos (these are not a holes). There is some rusting on the inside zipper pull (doesn't affect use). There looks to be a small mended patch on the back of the neck (not seen when wearing). Also, there are four buttons on the inside of the collar, but no snaps (not seen when wearing). My guess these were added by the previous owner, but accidentally forgot to sew in the snaps. Regardless of these minor flaws, the dress presents beautifully and is priced accordingly.
