This fab dress is from the 60's by Carlye. Made of super soft black velvet. Classic 60's sheath style with a-line falling above the knee. High beaded collar with a variety of rhinestone shapes and size and beading. Center back metal zipper. Beaded cuffs. Excellent condition! Best fit would be a S/M, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
