60s Black Red Hand Painted Ruffle Bottom Skirt Metal Zipper Silk Tafetta Sm
I believe it is a silk tafetta. Bottom trim is hand painted. Eyelet lace trim on bottom is a bit discolored from age. Waist band has hook loop closure but could easily be replaced with a button. Side metal zipper.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
