1960s Black & Neon Striped Skirt by Banff

Light up the night with this amazing and unique wool maxi skirt! Pitch black with neon stripes of orange, pink, blue, green and yellow. A heavier skirt, this would be great for colder weather, but could also be worn on cool summer nights. No matter what time of year you wear it, you're sure to get compliments! Slight elastic stretch at waist.
