Brand/Tag: Talbott label missing but positive it is a Talbott, size 18 label (do not base size on this but on measurements)

Condition: good - a couple of vertical pulls on the front of the skirt shown in images, bottom inner lining hem out but still does not come below the main body of the skirt. The waist elastic likely was tightened at one point to pull the waist in so could be replaced if wanted to let back out. Clean, ready to wear
