Sweet puff sleeves, such a fun southwestern cowgirl skirt. Would look great with a pair of black ballet flats or bring the look together with some cowboy boots! The material is very soft and light, also comes with a matching gauzy cotton waist sash that ties at the waist. There is one loop at the waist to put the sash through. Nylon zip up the back.
