Beautiful vintage white petticoat circa the later 1960s or 1970s. Has a cotton waistband and then the skirt is beautiful tulle with Swiss dots towards the top and embroidered as you go further down towards the hem. Very Edwardian in look. No label. Looks handmade. Probably a small to medium size.

Excellent to good vintage condition. The skirt itself is excellent, no issues whatsoever. There are no closures at the waistband, I have it pinned together to show, so you'll need to add hooks and eyes or snaps or something. It was most likely an underlayer to another piece.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 27" from edge to edge
Hip: loose up to about 44" with lots of give to the material
Waist to bottom hem: about 37"
