Good Vintage Condition- Minor wear. Last button is missing. There are a few small spots where the quilting has become undone. There is some small pin holes were it looks like there used to be buttons, though they are hidden when the skirt is buttoned at the waist (pictured). The back of the waist band has some stitched through it where the quilted part has been attached - this is how it was made.
