The fabric covering this cute little case is so pretty in black with a shimmery golden floral design. Now, I THINK this is a jewelry case. The way the holders are placed on the inside it almost looks like it could hold hat pins. The top has a handle. The box is trimmed in golden metal with an intricate design. The box does have some wear. The back is a little caved in. A bit of the fabric is missing on the bottom corner. There used to be a tag on the top. I can still make out some of the letters but cannot tell what it says. This looks to be from the 50s / 60s although it is possible it is older.
