60s/70s handmade aqua blue dress with sheer sleeves, button cuffs, and sheer overlay with botanical leaf pattern all over. Nylon zipper up the back. A-line silhouette. Three buttons at cuffs with billowing sheer sleeves. The base fabric is a baby blue lightweight crepe (or similar to crepe) material.
