WOW! This print is EVERYTHING. The flowers, birds and turnips in all the colors is just so fun; it cant help but brighten your day. Fabric feels like a cotton-linen blend. Nylon zipper closure up the back. Small hem and no tags to indicate maker - it seems home made. The fabric has a makers mark - “Concord Fabrics Inc”. This fabric type and pattern suggests its from the 1960s. Best fits a modern size XS to SM. Should fit somewhat loose given the cut. Model is modern size 4/6. Please see measurements below!

Good vintage condition - very minor wear to the fabric. There are underarm marks that I could not get out. See photos.
