Full skirt has 1 1/2" elastic waist, back zipper, layered gathered ruffle with silver sequin trim in center of skirt and bottom ruffle with sequin trim.

Excellent condition, with very minor issue of faded stains in one spot on lower ruffle, something you cannot notice while wearing, due to all the fullness of skirt (see photos)
