Vintage 1960's velvet leopard mini dress. Soft crushed stretch velvet, but it is fully lined so the dress doesn't stretch. Fold-over mock-neck collar. Length is about to the knees. Handmade. Back metal zipper. Probably a poly-spandex fabric. Belt not included.
