This purple felted wool boho style late 1960s or early 1970s wrap skirt is definitely mini length, ending well above the knee. Made in Ecuador, the skirt is covered with hand-sewn, stylized floral appliqués in ivory wool felt (and has ivory felt appliquéd trim along its hem as well). Golden yellow embroidery completes the embellishment. The skirt has a single hook and eye and a yarn tie at the waist to fasten it. The skirt waist should sit just below the natural waist when it is worn. It is unlined and in excellent condition. The bold purple color, the quality wool fabric and and the lovely appliqués elevate this skirt, which will look fabulous worn with modern tights and boots.
