Made of a great quality medium weight twill fabric, this skirt features wrap construction with tie belt closure. It is reversible with solid lavender on one side, and adorable floral print in red yellow green & lavender on the other. The skirt has a high waist, and a lavender wrap-around tie belt & trim.
