A beautifully hand carved tray, most likely from West Africa. Could have Yoruba / Nigerian origins. These will only go up and up in value. Wonderful wedding gift/ housewarming gift/ graduation gift! I only managed to find a similar, larger bowl on line for $700, so I am trying to guess the value on this, based on age, rarity and condition. I hate to part with it, but must. This stunning tray measures 11. 25 " long, 5. 25" wide, and 1. 25" deep. I hope you can give it a good home. If you know more about this item, I'd love to know more about it.
