This ashtray looks like it is by Marc Bellaire, of California . No signature. However , a Marc Bellaire collector tells me this is not his. He always signs his pieces. But, they think it’s a Sasha Brastoff piece… who worked and was an under study of Bellaire before opening their own studio. .It measures 12 inches long, 6 inches wide. a small white chip in the under edge can be felt, but not seen from above. There is also a brown dull "line" near the harlequin's head, and a small chip in the glaze just to the right of his head. See 4th picture. I am leaving it to you to fill in with black...at the highest end the piece is 2. 5 inches tall.
