By the style of the glaze, and small cork hole, I am pretty sure these sturdy shakers were Made in Japan, and are from the 50's. No chip or cracks, just some minor glaze crazing...see close up. Nice sturdy shakers, with one having 2 holes, and the other, three. You can get extra corks from any craft store. I love the rope style handle! One steer is missing the while paint from his eye...you can re-paint, or try chipping off the paint from the other eye. Just as cute as all heck! These measure 2. 25 inches tall, and measure 2 inches across. Great gift!
