50s swing skirt, circle skirt taffeta or satin skirt, swing skirt style with black background and horizontal gorgeous colored stripes of red, blue, brown, pink, silver, gold, lavender, green, red and light blue that shimmer. It zips on the side (metal zipper) with a button closure. There is no label. It is in Good condition, not sure if it was handmade because the stripes don't match up perfectly but it doesn't get in the way. I think it is prob satin vs taffeta. There is no lining. It's very lightweight.

It's so pretty and different. The top does not come with it but it's for sale on my site.
