Vintage 50s Cuernavaca Hand Painted Skirt - Very nice colors and village scene with signs that say "Cuernavaca"
Cuernavaca is known as the city of the eternal spring; and this title is well justified, because of its warm weather that you can enjoy almost all the year.
No size tag - Model is 5'10" with 26" waist and skirt fit with wrap adjustable waistband.
33" long from the top of waistband to bottom hem. Waist is 29" but can be cinched smaller - using the sash ties you can cinch it smaller as model did.
The material is sturdy & wearable - similar skirts I have sold were labeled "washable" but I would use caution and be very gentle with any cleaners - many modern detergents are too strong and could possibly cause loss or running of paint.
Flaws: marker tip size fray on the side hip seam where the material forms a V shape (there the front and back of skirt meet) and a couple faint small orange marks, could be paint that was quickly dabbed. Tiny dark red paint splatter. See close-ups.
