I could not believe my luck when I found this skirt! We were married in Niagara Falls! It was probably made with a kit that came with the cloth. The button hole is hand stitched, and it closes with a vintage button. A medium full crinoline would make this sing! That is how I always wore it...which was not often...maybe twice. I don't wear skirts or dresses anymore, so that is why I am trying to find her a new home. I added the rhinestones to the mist of the falls.....adds a touch of glamour! No flaws, but if you do spill something, it will be hard to see any stains...a good feature of these novelty prints! the waistband is 1. 25" wide. There is NO hem. The total length is 29 inches from the top of the band to the bottom. Total width at the bottom is 42" across or 84" around.
