Vintage 1950s Rockabilly Betty Vintage Skirt. Navy Blue cotton, women's size SMALL 26 X 30. Retro 50s full flare skirt hits at mid calf with simple White top stitching at hip pockets by Rockland. Simple sweet but fun & cute worn with a crinoline or without. High banded waist, White button adorned, slanted hip pockets, White top stitching, belt loops, lightly flared, back metal zip & button, soft thick cotton, stiff enough to exaggerate flare without crinoline, hits below knee, excellent vintage condition by Rockland.
