I love these tourist skirts from the 50's. This is made of a heavy cotton velvet. Hand painted bullfighters and matador caps decorated the full circle. Covered in bright colored sequins. The paint is still vibrant and all sequins look to be in place. The waist closes with hook and eyes. There is some wear along the waist band where the velvet has worn. The rest of the skirt is in beautiful condition. Best fit would be a Large depending on your waist size. This was photographed with a peticoat (not included) Please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
