This fabulous circle skirt is from the 50's by Smart Set. Pristine condition. Made of stiff Pellon fabric. Pellon is a non woven fabric that is similiar to the feel of heavy interfacing. It became popular in the 50s for circle skirts because it simulates the look and feel of wool felt without the heavy weight. The pattern on this beauty is of metallic gold flowers at the top and bottom with a wide tassle pattern going through the center. I believe the original waistband has been replaced with a super soft stetchy black fabric that closes with velcro and hooks. Very comfortable to wear. Metal zipper. This was photographed with a petitcoat (not included) Best fit would be a Medium/Large depending on your waist measurements.
