A nylon petticoat by Hoops! My Dear featuring knee-length and four layers of skirt. The top layer is smooth nylon with a narrow lace hem. Beneath it is stiff crinoline, followed by two tiers of crinoline, and then crinoline with a hem ruffle. The waist is a wide band of elastic that fastens in the front with a double hook and eye and keyhole opening. It has a union label.

It measures 22" to 25" " around the waist and the length is 27".

Hand wash. Excellent condition. Size Small.
