Vintage Shoes I. Miller. These were sold from Innes store in Wichita, Kansas. The top is a clear plastic that is edged in black velvet ribbon w/ rhinestone. A couple of the little rhinestones are missing but it does not detract. The plastic has a slightly grey tint. It is clear, supple, and intact. The soles and straps are leather.

The 4 inch heels either flocked velvet or suede, I cannot tell.
Condition: The heels are kind of worn. The soles show some wear, but not bad.
One heel has a wide scratch near the bottom.

insole: 9 3/4 inches

width at widest point: 3”

Writing on inside strap says 8B.
