Done in a medium to heavy weight, backed quilted fabric featuring a vibrant cerulean blue backdrop with bold blue roses and vivid green stems. The skirt has a bold black velveteen waistband, a single hip pocket, side metal zipper and hook/eye top closures.

Condition is listed as good to good plus. The skirt is excellent with no discoloration or fading. The waistband had been taken in and let out and shows of age and wear. 100% wearable as is but would benefit from some reinforcement to the band or could be worn with a belt.
