A fabulous 1950s vintage wool wiggle pencil skirt with a wide ruffle hem. A dark grey, black and brown dark wool plaid.
Rockabilly or Pin Up style skirt

A unique pencil skirt design with the tight skirt ending in wide pleated ruffle.
It has a narrow waist band, button and metal left side zipper.

There are double darts in the front for shape and long darts in the back.
The pleats are attached under the skirt, hidden by a band.
Unlined.

A small size.
26" waist, maybe 1/2" larger.
Hips to 38"
25" long including the ruffle.

In very good condition with 1 tiny hole in one pleat, not seen.

1 very tiny pin point hole near the top front.
Wear a dark slip underneath and they are not seen.
They did not show up in my photos.

The one photo may look like there is lace at the bottom, but, that is my under slip on the mannequin showing.

This Fifties skirt will cause admiring glances.
