in excellent condition

this sweater was put away together with the tulle 50's wedding dress in storage since the 50's, I found them in a box with the rest of the contents of the house the only two garments saved

is remarkable in the detail, they cut the fabric, the knit, to fit manually the lace, then they attached the lace with hand embroidery creating a 5 point star circles with the thread

the name Empress make me suspect it was made in Hong Kong probably in the early 60's or late 50's
