Homemade, very full skirt has a very high & wide waistband that ties in a bow in front. Hooks close it. Retro butterfly border print, lightweight cotton, colors can be Autumnal or Spring/Summer. Very full skirt is 140" around. No hem! This was cut on the selvedge and it was once shorter! It's very possible this is a playskirt from the later 40s, as it was found with 30s & 40s clothing. The only flaw is the obvious fading, which adds to its retro charm (well, I thought so).
