there is an inner waistband that has took and eyes which dictates the waist- the front flap come up and wraps around back- if it doesn't fit correctly the area where were it meets on side would gap

size unknown there is a 12 on tag and also a six- it is small-dress form is 35/25/35-mannequin even smaller both too big for skirt to close totally- please see measurements below for most accurate sizing
