This skirt only ties at the waist with an open front. You could easily add snaps or buttons, or make a slot in the waistband to make it a wrap. It is cotton, clean & ready to wear. Really great purple colorway!

Length: 28. 5”

Sweep: 2 yards 12. 5” (about another inch on each end if you undo the folded seam.)

Condition: nothing noted, possibly a little light fade but totally uniform.
