Measures 25” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 28”. Circumference at bottom hem is 104”. Fabric is cotton, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are vivid blue deep blue and olive green. Has original belt as well!

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
