Measures 24” at the waist; button can be moved over to make it a 26” waist, full through the hips and length is 29”. Circumference at bottom of hem is 180”. Fabric is wool felt with felt and sequin appliques, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are black with white and red appliques. Poodle is 5” tall by 3. 5” nose to tail. Has metal side zipper and one button on the waistband.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
