50’s/60’s Pink Checkered Print Pleated Skirt

My elderly neighbor probably wore this skirt to work in the bank that she worked at for 35 years. This 1950-1960s full cotton pink and white checkered skirt was made in Seattle.

The skirt is full and has some pleats. It closes with a zipper and button. The zipper works, but I have to close it slowly. The waistband has loops for a belt. The brand name is Foster Hochberg Inc. Seattle.

The fabric is like a polished cotton and is in great shape. The pinks are bright and there are no stains.

Waist across the front is 12. 75”

Length waist to hem is 32”
