Condition: Good/Very Good. There a subtle pink spots around the button and button hole that seem to be a mild chemical reaction from the button rims. Light perspiration lines at the armholes that did not lift in the dry cleaning. You can see needle holes from where the button was moved. A 1” light spot on the lining next to the facing. A tiny repair at the skirts waistband and at the center front slit. A light colored mark next to the slit. I had to replace the zipper at the side seam, I used a coats enamel metal toothed zipper. There is a small subtle repair next to the zipper. See photos. This has been dry cleaned and arrives ready to wear.
