40s Vintage Novelty Print Flower and Scroll Full Skirt

This BEAUTIFUL and tiny 1940s scroll print cotton full skirt is bright and cheery. The skirt has a wide band, metal zip and hook closure at the side. There are some small marks in the inside of the waist band, but the body of the skirt is pristine. At the top of the skirt about 6 inches from the pans, there is a double row of horizontal pleats. Just a cool little detail to make this piece more special. Excellent condition. Washed and ready to wear.
