Darling vintage serving bowl circa 1950s. Around the inside rim is a band of peach fading into white, and either end of the bowl has a decorative carving in what I can only describe as a handle though its not really. Inside the center are painted flowers, they look like wild roses to me, in shades of pink and white with blue and green shadows. The pattern is somewhat striated, like lines, very interesting and unique.
Excellent vintage condition, there are some irregularities in the glaze, and some of the color of the flowers has worn but this only adds to the charm of this vintage bowl. So pretty. Measures approx. 10.25" in diameter at its widest and stands 2" tall. No makers mark but stamped on the bottom with 2652.
