1940s rayon crepe two piece dress by Kay Collier. Lovely together and great as separates. Top features ruffled sleeves and peplum with three oversized buttons. Skirt has a side button placket. Very nice condition, I noted a mend in the skirt on the hip area and a few very small snags. Overall just minor wear commensurate with age, presently beautifully without obvious flaws. Fits and xs to small, fabric has some stretch.
