40’s/50’s Velvet Hand Painted Sparkle Skirt

the scene depicts a dancing couple (flamenco?) and volcanoes, cactus and mountains. it has a hook and eye closure and is a full circle. Love the glitter paint and smattering of sequins. great condition only a tiny bit of gold paint chipped, hardly noticeable. our model is 5'4". Blouse isn't included.
